Return and Cancellation Conditions

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract presented to you. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (PRODUCT RETURN)

THE BUYER may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or the person/organization at the address indicated, provided that they notify the SELLER via the contact information below.

4. DURATION AND USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • After submitting the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send the product to the Seller or the authorized cargo company within 10 days at the latest.
  • For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must have its packaging unopened, undamaged, and be unused.
  • The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with its box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.
  • If there are promotional products given as a gift with the product, these must also be returned.

5. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

Pursuant to the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products prepared in line with the Buyer's request or clearly personal needs and which are not suitable for return (e.g., Personalized products).
  • Goods that are in danger of spoiling quickly or are likely to expire (e.g., Fresh food, fruits-vegetables, etc.).
  • Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; those whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene (e.g., Underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, headphones, etc.).
  • Goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
  • Books, digital content, and computer consumables if their packaging is opened after delivery.

6. RETURN PROCESS AND SHIPPING

The shipping cost of the product returned due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal is covered by the SELLER, provided that it is sent with our contracted cargo company.

If the Buyer sends the product with a company other than the Seller's contracted cargo company, the shipping cost belongs to the Buyer and the Seller is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process.

7. REFUND

  • After the right of withdrawal is exercised and the product reaches the Seller, the product is examined. If it complies with the return conditions, the product price is refunded within 14 days at the latest via the method the Buyer used for payment (Credit Card or Bank Transfer).
  • For payments made by credit card, the reflection of the refund transaction on your statement may take 3-10 days depending on your bank's processes. The Seller has no intervention in this process.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION

If you request a cancellation before your order is shipped, your payment will be refunded to you without any deductions. Cancellation requests made after the order is shipped are evaluated within the scope of the "Return Procedure".

9. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

It is important that you check the package during cargo delivery. If the package is damaged, crushed, or wet, have the cargo officer prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" and do not accept the product. For damaged products for which no report is kept, no responsibility is accepted due to the fault of the cargo company. If the product has a manufacturing defect (defective), you reserve the right to exchange or return it without paying shipping fees.
